PROJECT MENTR MENTOR ELIGIBILITY

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Have achieved at least top 5 on ladder in your region, bonus points if on NA
- Currently, or recently have participated in the TPC (Teamfight Tactics Pro Circuit)
- Have been to Worlds
- Actively creating educational TFT content with a strong presence on social media
- Must also be at least Challenger+
Responsibilities and Compensation
As a Mentor, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Must interview every applicant who is interested in working with you (you are allowed to have an applicant limit)
- We host an interview process to ensure both applicants and mentors have a strong idea as to who they are working with, and if the partnership will be mutually beneficial
- Coaching twice a week for the duration of the competitive season (Approximately 10 weeks)
- Scoring your apprentices at the beginning and end of set based on numerous parameters using our grading policy
- Be available to answer questions from your apprentices outside of sessions
- Starting Set 17, you must host at least 2 group sessions about a particular Teamfight Tactics topic.
- Compensation is a flat amount, paid once a month.
- Active TPC players, returning mentors across multiple sets, and recent Worlds participants can expect an increase in compensation.
