This is currently a requirement for all mentors.

As a Mentor, you will have the following responsibilities:

Must interview every applicant who is interested in working with you
- We host an interview process to ensure both applicants and mentors have a strong idea as to who they are working with, and if the partnership will be mutually beneficial
Coaching 2x a week for the duration of the competitive season (Approximately 3 months)
Scoring your apprentices at the beginning, middle, and end of set based on numerous parameters using our grading policy
Be available to answer questions from your apprentices outside of sessions

As a Mentor, you can expect the following compensation:

$300 USD per month per apprentice
Mentors who stick with the PROJECT can expect to see raises in their pay over the course of multiple sets
